Q: What do the sizes mean? A: We try our best to be accurate with the garment sizes. With thousands of products to choose from it can be difficult for us to be accurate all of the time. The website will ask you what size you require and will offer you S/M/L - S for small is sizes 6-10, M for medium is sizes 10-14 and L for large sizes 14+, some garments will be one size fits all which is an average size from 8-14
Q: Everytime I put something in my basket I get a screen saying that my basket is empty A: Our shopping cart runs on cookies and needs your cookies to be enabled in order for our site to remember what you have added. You can change these settings on your browser under Tools>Internet Options>Privacy and set the level to medium
Q: I have placed my order, but I haven't got an email from you A: Sometimes anti-spam software blocks our automatic emails from reaching you. You can track the progress of your order and see if we have received it by visiting our Order Tracking page
Q: I have received my order but it's not what I wanted, can I send it back? A: Of course! Return it to us using the FREEPOST address provided in your order, we will refund you in full as long as you haven't used it!
Q: I have a discount code, but I don't know where to put it A: You can enter discount codes on the page where you add a product to basket, there is a tab next to 'order' called 'more info', there you'll see an area to enter your code
Q: There is a product I would like but you don't have it in stock A: We regulary get new stock into our warehouse and Mister Mister is updated daily. If you use our stock notification feature we will email you when a product is back into stock
Q: It has been more than five days and I still haven't received my order what should I do? A: Contact us by email or phone us, we will be able to track the order with Royal Mail, and if the item has gone missing we will send another straight out to you - or refund you - it's your choice
Q: I get emails from you about offers and new products, I'd prefer not to get them - how do I stop them? A: That's no problem, we offer a discreet service and understand that you may not be the only person using your computer! There will be an unsubscribe button on the bottom of the email which will remove you from our mailing list, or email us with unsubscribe in the subject line
